Blip began its journey over two decades ago and has evolved alongside technology and human behavior. Over the years, it has reinvented itself multiple times, first as a mobile phone retailer, then as a leader in Brazil’s ringtone boom, and later as the country’s leading chatbot platform. Today, Blip is in the midst of an ambitious global expansion, driven by strategic acquisitions in complementary areas such as social listening and CRM. In step with this growth, the project’s challenge was to evolve a brand that had outgrown its original category and was ready to go further. The work repositioned Blip beyond chatbots and introduced a new brand expression that reflects its role as a complete intelligent interaction platform, capable of supporting a broader ecosystem of solutions. This evolution was translated into a renewed brand narrative that celebrates the constant transformation of human interactions, an idea deeply connected to Blip’s own history of reinvention. The visual identity built on and elevated powerful existing assets, including the brand’s distinctive blue, Blippinho, and its playful tone of voice, while also introducing new elements that expanded and enriched the brand universe.
